Creamy Garlic Chicken and Leek Orzo

Garlic, leeks, chicken, Parmesan and orzo. Honestly, what could go wrong? This gets its creamy sauce from milk, stock and light cream cheese, with a little Dijon for extra flavour. No heavy cream required.
