Leftover Boerewors, Sweet Relish and Creamy Orzo

Leftover boerewors doesn't have to become another boerie roll. Slice it into orzo with sweet relish, spinach and stock, then finish with Greek yoghurt and Parmesan. Yesterday's braai just sorted tonight's dinner.
