Slow-Cooked Beef Stew

Some dinners just need a big pot and a bit of patience. This one's packed with tender beef, carrots, celery and potatoes, all bubbling away in a rich tomato gravy. And because the potatoes are already in there, dinner pretty much sorts itself out.
