A serving of Thai Basil Pork Mince

Thai Basil Pork Mince

This is what I make when I want something punchy and fragrant without spending my entire evening in the kitchen. Pork mince, garlic, green beans and peppers meet soy, oyster sauce and fresh basil. The chilli can stay on my plate.
